    Leslie Collins, Head of School at Covenant Academy in Cypress, TX has received an invitation to speak at the 2017 Society for Classical Learning Annual Conference.     Covenant Academy has a new GaGa pit, thanks to 9th grade student Hayden Hutchison, Hayden, a Boy Scout currently at the rank of Life Scout, was working on his Eagle Service Project to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout.   • Covenant Student Creates Apple App

    Cole Brooks, 7th grade student at Covenant Academy, is the creator of a new application for iOS users. The app is called Lunar Phase Calendar and is currently available in the Apple iStore.You can download the app for free and have instant access to a calendar containing lunar phase information including pictures.   • A Night of Melodrama!

  • CA Student Designs Bookmark for Local Bookstore

    Covenant Academy student wins Art Contest.  Fourth grade student Isabella Barreiro visited Blue Willow Bookstore in Houston with her mom and noticed the store was hosting an art contest for their new bookmark.  At the urging of her mom, Isabella entered the contest and won!  Isabella competed against 400 other entries and Blue Willow had her artwork printed in mass on their new book marks.   Read More...

    Texas State Scholastic Chess Championship Congratulations to Daniel Archer of Covenant Academy for his 5th place win at the State Scholastic Chess Championship held in March in Brownsville, TX.  Archer is also a contributing member of the CA Chess Team having helped lead them to a recent first place win in the Middle School Division of Region V.   Read More...

    The Covenant Academy charter of American Heritage Girls (AHG) troop 5555 recently served at SIRE, a therapeutic equestrian center for people with special needs.  The girls braved the Texas heat to help clean tack and buckets and enjoyed learning new skills from the center’s instructors.    Read More...

    8th Grader students from Covenant Academy travel to Washington, DC.  Students visited the Supreme Court, Capitol Building, Smithsonian, National Monument, Lincoln Memorial and much more.
